MAKE A PLAN

Image
MAKE A PLAN. Let me start off by saying that it doesn't matter what dream or goal you have if you put the work and time in, you can achieve whatever you set your mind to. Now, let me also say that all of us can dream of success but that isn't enough. The key here is to have a plan if you don't have a plan; make a plan. In order to make a plan, you need to know exactly what you want to achieve or whom you want to become in the next 1, 5 or 10 years. Your plan needs to be clear, concise, compelling, consistent and committed, and if the plan doesn't work, you change the plan because that's what this all about. If your plan doesn't work then that's called failure and what do you do with failure? You learn from it and make a change but remember; "MAKE IT HAPPEN." If you do the work and you do it for a long enough time you will be successful. Period. To reach your goals and overcome obstacles and be the best version of you possible, let me

THE IMPORANCE OF HAVING A MORNING ROUTINE.

The Importance of having a Morning Routine. Today I want to discuss a little bit about our ¨Morning routines¨, our ¨Night routines¨ and the great importance these have in our daily life. Personally my Morning Routine, makes or breaks the rest of my day. I start of by getting up between 5-5:30 am. First thing I do, is I take care of my morning face then I drink a full glass of lemon water. After that, if I have a deadline on that day then I find that the earlier I wake up the better I do with my work and also the silence of the morning helps me journal, write my blog and plan my day out. After 1 hour of writing and reading I like to hit the weights, do some cardio and enjoy my breakfast which normally is something super light like a green smoothie. Once I finish and I know the plan for that exact day I take a shower and get ready to hit the road. I normally get out of my house at 7 am. I find my house a very comfortable place to be, to sleep and just procrastinate.

I WILL BE BETTER

I WILL BE BETTER. There was a time where I always used to say this phrase but with a little twist, instead of saying I WILL, I used to say I CAN. You might think "What's the difference?" Let me tell you something, words are very powerful and you should be careful how to use them in your daily life. Now that I'm older I see it this way; just because we say "I CAN" be or do something, does not mean we're going to get in done. BUT If we use "I WILL" then that's a 360 change. Now you're not giving any chances to any negative habits we may have. If I'm saying I will get something done, best believe that thing is going to get done. We need to stop talking the talk and start walking the walk. Most people don't know what real commitment means. You can think about how cool it could be or how nice it could be, if you don't put one foot in front of the other day after day after day, you're never going to make it. I WI

GET IT DONE.

Get it done. Do we really know the meaning of these 3 powerful words? Every single one of us puts a different meaning for the same exact same sentence and that is how life is, there are many many angles to view and live life. To succeed we need to find the right angle to see what others don´t see in the simplest thing. We have to find that hidden path to go where others never went, to accomplish what others have not. But how can we find the path to greatness when some of us can't even get out of bed in the morning? How can we be great if some of us are not willing to go hell and back for that financial freedom? Unfortunately, greatness is not for everyone. If you are not willing to put the work in say goodbye to that dream. It's true, the things you read on self-development books are true. Those people who seem to have everything planned out or seem to be taking some sort of drug to increase their abilities and succeed are just like you and me. The only difference
