THE IMPORANCE OF HAVING A MORNING ROUTINE.

The Importance of having a Morning Routine.

Today I want to discuss a little bit about our ¨Morning routines¨, our ¨Night routines¨ and the great importance these have in our daily life.

Personally my Morning Routine, makes or breaks the rest of my day. I start of by getting up between 5-5:30 am. First thing I do, is I take care of my morning face then I drink a full glass of lemon water. After that, if I have a deadline on that day then I find that the earlier I wake up the better I do with my work and also the silence of the morning helps me journal, write my blog and plan my day out.

After 1 hour of writing and reading I like to hit the weights, do some cardio and enjoy my breakfast which normally is something super light like a green smoothie.
Once I finish and I know the plan for that exact day I take a shower and get ready to hit the road. I normally get out of my house at 7 am.

I find my house a very comfortable place to be, to sleep and just procrastinate. This means that I always strive to leave my house early to get more done and get closer to the goals I have.

To be honest any one of us can learn about great routines very successful people do each and every day, but here is the catch; If we don't follow and do the routine daily we will not see any positive change, we need to have consistency. I would love to dive deep into this very powerful topic but that is for another day.

TIP OF THE DAY:

Your "Morning routine" doesn't need to be exactly as the morning routine of the most successful person in the world, it should be something you really enjoy doing and makes me you feel postive each and every single day.

Ej.

Photo by Nathan Dumlao on Unsplash

GET IT DONE.

Get it done. Do we really know the meaning of these 3 powerful words? Every single one of us puts a different meaning for the same exact same sentence and that is how life is, there are many many angles to view and live life. To succeed we need to find the right angle to see what others don´t see in the simplest thing. We have to find that hidden path to go where others never went, to accomplish what others have not. But how can we find the path to greatness when some of us can't even get out of bed in the morning? How can we be great if some of us are not willing to go hell and back for that financial freedom? Unfortunately, greatness is not for everyone. If you are not willing to put the work in say goodbye to that dream. It's true, the things you read on self-development books are true. Those people who seem to have everything planned out or seem to be taking some sort of drug to increase their abilities and succeed are just like you and me. The only difference ...
